Black screen with players names as loading screen

SEND HELP ! I only see the names of the players everything is black. Its like the images of the champions and the background aren't loading...they are stuck somewhere but not on my screen..

This happens to me every time I alt+tab out of the loading screen and come back.

and if you wanna to do a screenshot of this to show another person, the screenshot just all black (without names). Ping, loading % and names are working....
