[GAMEPLAY] Omega Squad Teemo passive animation bug.

As you know, Teemo just got his passive changed so that he stealths in 1.5 seconds instead of 2 seconds, and 0.75 seconds in bushes.

Also, Omega Squad Teemo had a special animation where he takes his knife out when he stealths, and puts his goggles on.

However, this special animation isn't synced with the new stealth times. It still takes 2 seconds for the animation to happen. It would be nice if it was synced.
