Item Sets Not Showing Up

Ever since the new rift update rolled out onto Team Builder none of my item sets for any characters are working.

Xerath for example had two item sets. Neither even shows up in-game. I can only access the "Recommended" tab and not open the drop down menu to access my item sets.

Seemingly not a single item set is working.
