Karthus Q telegraph is invisible without vision of Karthus
If he's in a brush or fog, even if right next to you, his Q is completely invisible until detonation.
It never used to - so I think this is a new bug.
Hard to dodge what you can't see.

Don't think it's a bug. Happens with other abilities too. Though, not gonna lie... I wish that weren't a thing. Probably the most frustrating one is walking into a Nunu bush and not seeing the animation until you're getting insta-buttblasted by a fully channeled ultimate.
