Report Button not working

The image shown is what happened when I clicked the report button that was circled. (Edited to remove identifying characteristics) The window became discolored, like it usually does when the "report sub-window" appears, but it did not react to any action, and as you can see, the report button did not darken like it should when it is used. The window did not react to any action until I decided that I had to force-quit LoL. Nothing related to my computer could have caused this to my knowledge. (Especially since I am using a brand-new computer with outstanding performance levels.)

If a Red could respond, I'd appreciate guidance on how to file the report with a ticket, but I mainly want the issue with the report button acknowledged and fixed.
