[CRASH] Game freezes. Process leagueoflegends.exe cannot be terminated. Why?

And once again, there's a thread about this already, but no one bothered to fix it in 3 years.

My problem is that the game suddenly freezed. After a while, I was able to CTRL+ALT+DEL out and see my desktop. But even then, I was unable to end the task. It never happened to me to have a task, that can't be terminated under administrator privilegies! This is the most interesting bit of pain Riot programmers have prepared for me (and there were a few already).

I guess it might be hard to fix the freezing. But make the damn process destroyable. I'm pretty sure this is intentional because normally, even frozen processes can be shut down.
