Taking Damage from Zeds ultimate twice.

I was recently playing Lux into zed and he all-inned me. His ult proc'd and i took 305 damage and survived. Then a few moments later, i took the same 305 damage again and died.

My death recap says i took 600-something damage from the spell.

Possible bug that should be looked at.
