masteries settings in soloqeue

i played few games now in new client and for some reason i was unable to change masteries in champ select by change i mean specific changes to mastery tree not just switching from pages. there is slight chance that it was caused by CPU bcs problem was mainly visual and client alsaw showed me window whis implied to some changes but i havent seen anything i was doing.
