First win of the day shows available when it is not

I logged into my LoL today and saw first win of the day was available(which i thought it was weird, only 17 hours passed) so i decided to play a bot game. After i played it, it showed i only got 25 IP and it changed to the correct time (4 hours left).

Same thing happened again
