Twitch ultimate missing all hits against buildings.

The other day I backdoored an enemy inhibitor (its turret was gone already) with Twitch and used ulti to deal more damage to it. And I couldn't believe I wasn't dealing any damage to it at all. Please fix this bug.

its not really a bug. Its been that way for 4 years

So it is a bug that has been a part of the game for so long that it became a pet. Lets call it a pet then. Rito please, fix this pet.
