Cannot complete missions. Poor design by Riot

I have been having troubles getting credit for watching tournament for the missions. I have reported this via the regular reporting, and have gotten nowhere. Now it is time to broadcast the failure of Riot in their Forums. Social media will be next. I have watched 6 matches over this holiday weekend, and received credit for none of them. Every time the site tells me that my account is properly setup, so this is Riots problem to fix, and they will not. I DID have one of their CS call me a liar, TWICE!

So, I have the mission and I use the link. No credit given. I receive a notification in my messenger, I use that and watch, still no credit. I opt out then back in again, no credit. Log out and log in, still nothing.

The rough part of this is that I did have ONE completion of this viewing mission, so it DOES work sometimes. Except that now that I have reported this flaw, that one completion has been taken away also.

I only have this problem with the missions to watch games online. The other missions update and complete fine. I am now asking that Riot either fix this or stop giving those missions.

I doubt they will fix it. I believe this technology is over their head. So stop these types of missions since they cannot be completed.

P.S. Yes I have two tickets for this issue. One was closed, and one is still open. Nothing is getting done on it.
