Venting post

...first, I'm not sure where this post would go. I THINK it's a bug but really im not sure where to point my finger at.

Context: I was playing ranked today and I get into my series after a couple of hard earned wins (jk, I played lulu one of those games). I get into the next champ select, and I'm last pick. Sounds good so far, right? Well, after everyone is picked, the last enemy player is about to pick janna when suddenly my client freezes. And it unfreezes after the "dodge" because I wasn't able to select a champ. Really? REALLY? I get a free loss in my promos because client wasn't reacting? (wasn't the pc or internet, was able to launch google chrome just fine). Really?
