[GAMEPLAY] Loading in with white mouse cursor making the game unplayable for character.

So I load into game with and I am unable to move my character, use abilities or even use shop or press escape. I restarted client around 3+ times and it didn't work and I even tried repairing game files and still wasn't a success.

I noticed whenever I was loading the cursor was white which indicated perhaps the game isn't being selected and played but that wasn't the case because I literally closed every other program that was up.

I ended up getting 20 minute ques for this game. I talked to one of my friends about and he said it happens to him as well, this doesn't seem like a technical issue either since I even unplugged my mouse and put it back in.
