[Interaction] Kindred Ult Ruins Revives

Issue: When a target dies while using Zil Ult or GA, and Kindred ults during the revive process, their HP becomes locked at the 0 mark when they revive. Reviving with only a single hit point or so.

Reproducibility: Should be 100% Steps to reproduce: Go into game with Kindred and Zilean. Have zilean die with ult active, During the revive animation, kindred needs to cast her own ult in such a way that Zilean is in the AoE. Zilean will no longer revive with the amount his ult revives someone with but with 1 hp.

Riot, I don't mind the fact that kindred's ult stops healing on targetable people, but people reviving are meant to be untargetable. Please make it so if someone revives in kindred's ult through GA or Zilean Ult they don't get screwed out of the amount of HP they're supposed to have.

The reason for this bug (MY GUESS) is that revives are coded as heals. So please change it from being considered a heal.
