If darius smites a minion when his ult deals damage he gets noxian might

Regardless of whether his ult itself executes something or not. His ult still goes on cooldown though if it doesnt execute anything itself.

Not a gamebreaking bug since you'd have to give up an ultimate to get the might if you wanna get it right away, and if your ult was going to kill the target anyways then gameplay wise the bug literally does nothing.

Just something worth fixing just cause.
