Taric E stops vs Kled Q

So I was playing Taric against Kled yesterday, and I encountered something that occurred several times. He would land his Bear Trap on a Rope on me and nearing the end of his delay, I'd cast Dazzle in his direction. The telegraph for Dazzle would appear, but as soon as Kled's Bear Trap yanked us together, my Dazzle telegraph would disappear. Now I've played Taric quite a bit, and I know that once you get his E started, it isn't interrupted, not by stuns, not by displacement, not even by death if an ally with your shield is nearby. I've gone against Volibear, Nautilus, and Blitzcrank, all of who can displace Taric and none of them are capable of cancelling my Dazzle, so that's what gets me thinking it's a bug with Kled.
