[GAMEPLAY] Fizz R / Lux Q

Upon Fizz casting his R, if you're in line with the fish, the fish appears to be capable of closing a gap of roughly half of Ezreal's Arcane Shift into your body AFTER the fish stops. I don't know if's intended to be that way/if the fish is supposed to jump to you after crossing x units, but I've seen it on more than one occasion.

Upon Lux casting her Q (specifically Elementalist Lux), the animation for the Q - after disappearing - also closes a gap of roughly the same size, rooting your Champion. Again, I don't know if this is intended / a visual bug / etc. But I thought it'd be better off reported than not.
