Can't Buy Quints in Store

So this is just a weird glitch for a while now but essentially I have 2149 IP and I want to try and buy one of the 2050 Quints. However when I hover over it it says I don't have enough IP. I tried spending a small amount before and earning it back to see if it didn't count it but it still is saying I don't have enough.
