[CLIENT] Never opening despite reinstallation and updated drivers.

So yea as it says my client never goes to the login screen, it just freezes in the client load screen and then at one point goes black. I thought at first it was because I was on the beta AMD Radeon Adrenalin 19.1.2 edition, but I went back to the 19.1.1 edition and it still doesn't work. Also tried reinstalling the entire game, no luck. System is a fully updated windows 10 education, 3770k + r9 290 4gb graphics, 32GB DDR4 2400 CL11 RAM, running off a PCIE NVME Boot Device. All system parts are overclocked but fully stable under P95 as well as Furmark.

Edit. Forgot to mention that trying to shut down the Lol client in process manager doesn't work. It relaunches itself after a second and repeats the bug. Only way to close the malfunctioning client is a full reboot.
