Remake didn't work in ranked

Here is the match. As you see our Fizz in mid lane has only 2 CS and the match lasted 20 mins. He was afk the entire match except at the very end and we knew he had disconnected so instead of us in bot lane leashing for our jungler or doing anything important to the game we just sat under turret doing nothing because we knew that if someone died that we would not be able to remake. Remake is supposed to pop up at the 3 minute mark, and yet when the 3 minute mark came around we couldn't do it. So not only are we outnumbered 5 to 4 in a ranked game but all of our lanes are behind because we didn't do anything because we were relying on a game mechanic THAT DIDN'T WORK. So we basically spent the entire game just screwing around as if it was a normal or a custom.
