Supports get shafted on IP

I play support main, but recently ventured into ADC. That's when I discovered that supports get shafted out of IP. Evidence:

Brand support, S- grade, 6/3/18, in a 39:19 RANKED game win Miss Fortune adc, B grade, 15/10/6, in a 39:13 game win

Both times I got 108 IP. This is needs to be fixed. I should have gotten a lot more IP for that Brand game as I played better and it was a ranked game. Riot needs to take a look at this.

I hope you know stats has nothing to do with IP gain. You can go 0/30 and you'll still get the same amount. Its based on wins/lose and game time
