System Messages and sound concerning me/player does not appear in chat

System Messages concerning the player such as (You killed whomever---) (you were shut down) does not appear in chat. The announcer statement also does not occur. For example, if you got a double kill, the announcer would not mention anything. Found bug while playing Dominion. My machine is a Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.3, 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB ram.

I haven't checked if this happens with other game modes

Messages and announcements that concern other players still happen.

Update: This bug is also experienced by another player. The player experienced it in Dominion mode only. I also did not experience this bug in Classic on another account.

Update: This bug is apparently experienced by a number of players in Dominion mode. It is definitely a bug.
