/remake has been bugged for a long time...

Was this changed or is it a bug?

In the past, if someone didn't leave spawn before the timer hit (was it 2:45 or 3:00 minutes?), you could remake.

Now, there's basically no condition under which one can remake. I've had teammates who never connected, with no option to remake. I just had a game where the loading bar hit 50% and my internet cut out for 15 minutes. When it came back and I loaded my game, the game was ongoing. I was horrified, I thought my team would have just been able to remake. They said they weren't able to - but I disconnected at the loading screen.

Whatever was changed needs to be changed back. Even if someone loads in, if they don't move or buy in the first 3 minutes, the game should be a remake.
