I Haven't Been Able To Listen To The Login In Music For Months
The check box along with "Mute Login Music" is greyed out and its permanently checked. I didn't care for the longest time but now i really want to listen to the login music.

Have you tried when you log in, go to settings then sound and checking the box for login music from there?
Among what other people suggest, you can always use the in client full repair as a last resort.
Make sure you enable the animations first.
