Gnar in URF
Gnar's rage still goes up the same amount as it did before where champs like Renekton, Tryndamere, Shyvana, etc. are affected by it. What i wanna know is why wasn't Gnar included in that list of champions.

cause then he would always be mega gnar, and his kit revolves around using both forms effectively, and if he is always in mega form he misses out on half his abilities.
