Sightstone Loses Wards when Refunding a Potion

Died, respawned, bought some items, stepped onto the lower steps of the fountain, sold a potion in order to buy boots. The wards on the Sightstone were '4' after respawning, but went to '0' after refunding the potion. item 2049
