Fizz Endless Troll Pole

I dunno how he was doing it but just played a game with a fizz that he would none stop use his troll pole ability like as if it had no cool down. So I'm assuming he has discovered some sort of bug. It looked similar to when those people were hacking the summoner spells to make it possible to flash with 0 CD.

Any proof? it would help the Rioter's (Ritoer's) alot.

unfortunately no trust me if I had it I'd give it =\ Its not like you can screen shot that and I wasn't recording during the game :( But either way the fizz was really bad =\
