I don't know if this is a big issue or not, but what's your policy when that happens? Do I get LP refunded? Also reporting this because it might be an issue.

Already have 3 leaves on my account. Can't get pass the black screen. Dont even see the champions, then I wait all game, then finally see the final score screen and I've been labeled a LEAVER. Not fair Riot. I cant connect since this patch and now I can't even play. Amumu
