Unable to select champion sometimes in select [Client]

I know its because im playing wireless but if i can refresh "youtube.com" within 3-4 seconds thats fast enough so why your client just disconnects makes no sense , the legacy client never gave me this issue. After ban phase it freezes then after a long ass time everything tries to catch back up and it tells me ive left the lobby

EDIT: i have a 20 min dodge que timer for this too. Since it was the 2nd time within 2 days this happened to me.
