Illaoi's W bugs out when attacking "dash/tp/untargetable" champs

So You can Que up Illaoi's W for a few seconds. If you end up attacking a champ that uses something that makes them dash, TP or untargetable in the animation time frame the W bugs out and you cant attack anything until the Qued timer runs out.

So like this Hit W (power is held for like 5s for your next auto attack) You Attack Ekko and Illaoi starts her attack animation (very slow ~.75s animation) During this time Ekko uses his E and TPs to you. Illaoi will land the animation but not hit Ekko and will not lose the Qued W buff. You now can not attack Ekko until the Qued buff times out.

This happens with LeB and her Illusion when she is low Fizz and his Jump Zed and his Ult or when he TPs with W

Anyone that can become untargetable during her attack animation.
