League client will freeze during ranked champion select

This has happened three times before and it will just freeze for a certain amount of time, and if I close it counts as a loss and if I don't close it it will count as a dodge. One time it happened for a only short period of time so I was about to lock in, but the two other times I wasn't so lucky. But today I dodged once in a guy was playing Master Yi support and it was my friend's promos so I waited 5 minutes and that was yeah my fault. But this glitch happened to me just 5 minutes ago and now I have to wait 30 MINUTES!? Like what the heck? I dodged from the first game yeah like that was my fault. But this makes me lose LP AND wait?
