[GAMEPLAY] Buggy Reset and Leashing Mechanics (Jungle Camps, Dragon, Rift Herald)

Type of Bug: Buggy leashing mechanics.

Description: Sometimes jungle camps (mostly Buffs), Dragon (when pulled out of the pit, even when you keep attacking it and don't even move an inch, it will do this for no reason), and even Rift Herald seem to reset for no reason. Additionally, they sometimes chase too far for no reason.

Steps to reproduce: Do a camp, kite it around, patience starts to drop for no reason even when you are standing still near the campsite taking aggro. Do Dragon, pull it out of the pit into the river, stand still and try to take it, after 10 seconds or so sometimes Dragon goes back into the pit and starts resetting for no reason. Try to run away from a jungle camp or Dragon or Rift Herald after aggroing them and they will occasionally chase you really really far away for no reason, sometimes even further than the whole next camp over, which is ridiculous.

Expected result: Camps not to reset when you are taking aggro and standing still, and to not chase you to the ends of the earth.

Observed result: The opposite.

Reproduction rate: 25%-ish?
