Fix Alistar W

Basically fix all range UI, alistar is the only character I use NON-quickcast for, so I can see they are in the range of the UI and click THEN Q.

BUT even if they are well within the range UI Circle it STILL doesn't go off, as if I'm out of range and I just end up smashing the fcking ground!

This is the same for a lot of ranges, when the char it touching hte edge of my UI circle the spell NEEDS to cast! I'm sick of it not!

Let alone having their complete character model within the circle and ability STILL doesn't cast!? WTF!?

Tbh I'm surprised I'm bringing this up now after years of playing!
