Can't Select URFWick Skin in Champ Select

Bought URFWick with the Blue Essence I had stored from champ shards and went into a AI match to see it in action. Hovered over it, said I couldn't select it and switched to Grey Warwick. Check the store, it says I bought it. Checked the champ page, said I owned it. Exited and restarted the client, went into practice range champ select, got Warwick, STILL SAID I COULDN'T SELECT IT!
