Incredible server lag or just me?

Like, I'd know if it were just me. It'd be the general lag. But, nah. Not just lag (it doesn't even show as an fps drop or ping increase and I don't even disconnect) it doesn't show damage values so someone could show as full health and yet be close to dying. Gold doesn't calculate properly. Items purchased are refunded by the time I reach outer turret. This is some nonsense lol Cost me a game.
