Ping spike every few minutes

I am already in contact with ticket support, but I just want to ask has anyone else had this before?

My normal ping is 40 and every few minutes it jumps to 200-300 and stays like that for 1-2 seconds and then returns to normal 40. I tried even connection on other internet network and it still does the same, but at my other house i dont experience this problem. This happend either when I'm connected wired or wireless
