Black screen of death in ARAM Champ Selection

This keeps happening. This has been happening for months and months and no one addresses it. You can't select anything. You can't see who you are. You can't change runes and masteries. You can only keep going or close the client. http://i.imgur.com/CGQW8Op.png

alt+shift+esc end the task try again.... if to many programs try: msconfig to decide which programs run when starting up.

I know how to kill a program but thanks anyway.

happens to me a bit, but eventually comes out when i have like 3 seconds left and there is nothing i can do -_-
