[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser-Jhin ability interaction bug

If a Morde ulted Jhin is killed before he gets his fourth shot off (non-ult), the resulting Jhin ghost will be permanently at 4th shot. It WILL apply the on turret crit, and the missing % HP damage as well.
