Ranked Lobby Bug

Hi, yesterday I entered into a ranked game lobby and during the last summoner pick phase the Poppy support on my team left the lobby. It even said so in the chat. However, the client did not kick us out of the lobby and back into a queue. Instead it proceeded to start the game like normal. The game was terrible as when we told our Rengar why Poppy was never going to leave the base, Rengar left too and I was stuck to 3v5. :( What's more, I lost 28 LP which is more than I normally lose (though I know that is unrelated, this bug just made me super upset).

I just want this bug to be looked into so that no one else gets thrown into a game where somebody dodged in lobby but the client starts the game anyhow.
