Too Good Zilean Mechanics Bug

There is currently a very obnoxious bug on Zilean which happens more often than not that when you Q-W-Q really fast only one Time Bomb will shoot out instead of two, which is even more game breaking (as in a nerf for the Zilean player) since this makes it so you cannot get your double bomb stun since Rewind is now on cooldown and only one Time Bomb was sent out when there should have been two.

Replication rate is about 40% to 70% chance of occurring and involves really fast mechanics with Q-W-Q super quickly.

Could it be possible that you used Rewind during the cast animation of Time Bomb, before it went on cooldown? I don't know how the QoL fix works exactly.
