Restricted to Team builder

So i havent left a match lobby in years and i left an aram lobby to play a team builder and it says im restricted to it due to leaving large number of lobbies in short period of time??? Rito pls.

EDIT i placed this on bug not because of the restriction, but because of the incorrect information regarding multiple lobby dodges.
