Skillshots bugged 2.0

So after Lee sin's skillshot, which pass through the crab (here the post http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/tGbsAlAQ-bug-with-skillshots-which-pass-through-targets ), here Rengar's e, which is on the face of Lucian, passes through the target. Riot plz fix this. why if there is the animation, the spell doesn't hit the target?
