Varus'es Hail of Arrows [E] is suppose to apply Grevious Wounds for 4 seconds, yet after some gameplay, I notice that it either applies it to one second or sometimes not at all...

I wouldn't be surprised if there was something up, not too long ago there was a bug where his Q range wasn't accurate and didn't hit any enemies at the end.
