Twisted Fate pick a card - dark?
i can't tell which card I have unless I look at my hotbar. . <_<
was this change intentional?

I had a bug playing him a few days ago where his cards were all the same color. I would say its just a bug and avoid playing i'm if its too hard to play with him.
Sometimes, some kind of colors change in a few games. It is weird, but it happens sometimes in this new summoners rift
Oh i had this bug 2... For me at least it sorta fixed it self after like 20ish min in game.
