Can i please ask what the PBE servers are for?

It seems every new patch spawns 100 gamebreaking bugs and exploits that never get spotted at all on the PBE servers despite being tested for 3 straight weeks, not to mention before that patches are tested directly by Riot.

Exploits are people trying to cheat. Some of them (from what I've heard) require modifying the files in your client or using a third party program. That's absolutely not what the people on PBE are trying to catch.
