Urgot bug?

Is there a bug on Urgot's shield or on his ulti that negates damage? I just watched an Urgot at 200 hp + 100 shield take LeBlanc W + Riven R and take no damage at all. It happened two or three times during the game. No, it's not just a case of shield being big, since I didn't see his shield even take damage.

I also ran into an issue where I was playing Urgot, didn't notice the damage negation you mentioned but when I would W I wouldn't lose any movement speed
