[Client issue] Computer freezes for half a minute after logging in

What the title says. Since the latest patch I've been having this really annoying problem. I can't properly log in without having to endure 30 seconds of nothing, and it's happening on a constant basis.

I can't even use the task manager, everything seems to be frozen in time.
