Rengar Leap Range Bugged

I've been playing mid since season 3. I have been camped by a LOT of junglers in my day, but never have I ever seen this. If this isn't a bug, then this ought to be nerfed a little because this is ridiculous.

Rengar's leap range should only be able to get you once you are slightly far enough to the side that the terrain will barely stop you from moving straight forward. Here's a video to show what I mean.
