How many years has it been and Riot still has the most unplayable game in history?

Literally your client is so dumb that it makes it so I cannot reconnect to a game. A high schooler could easily program a better client that doesn't have this many bugs.

When are you going to fix 300+ ping spikes, packet loss, unable to use abilities or see cooldowns, blatant bugs such as masteries and runes not loading in games despite selecting them a whole minute before the game loads?

Such a joke, every other game I play doesn't have game breaking bugs such as these. You would never see a game like dota, starcraft have retarded bugs that make the game unplayable. They certainly wouldn't let stay and not fix it for 5 fucking years.

uhh i mean yeah thats the thing...regarding your comment about bugs...when they're making many changes...its pretty much inevitable to not have bugs when they're trying to work on so many things at once while also attempting to keep overhead somewhat low.

But your ping shouldn't be that high...the packet loss sounds like it might be something to do with your router or other internet settings of yours. Riot does have a support system that could possibly help you with that. Try contacting them? I'm not sure how efficient it is but its worth a try man. Good luck.

lol don't even bring out starcraft 1 or 2. Because SC1 and 2 both got some long standing bugs that Blizzard recognize but they cannot fix due to the way it is programmed. I can name couple things right now just to prove my point. Reaver (SC1) energy bolt pathing bug, marine (SC1 and SC2) stacking damage bug (this is YET to be fixed, but it is not critical to the game play anyway),

I feel like you probably haven't tried repairing it or even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Stop acting like you're entitled to a perfect game that is free. Sure you can spend money on this game, but bottom line this shit is free and they have optimized is for almost any computer. Look at your own hardware instead of being a self entitled douche.
