Fiddle Bugs

I play a lot of Fiddle and here are some annoying bugs I've run into this season...

1. When Anivia eggs during Drain, it breaks the channel. It never used to.
2. I've unreliably seen Yi's Alpha Strike break the Drain channel as well.
3. If Malzahar ults while Darkwind is in-flight, the silence doesn't break his channel.

4. When Sejuani gets her passive, it treats fear like a slow and ignores it.
